NaiveTab New Tab is a simple and efficient browser new tab page extension that allows you to highly customize your new tabs. It offers a range of features to enhance your browsing experience.
Included components in NaiveTab include:
- Bookmarks: Displayed in the form of a physical keyboard, allowing quick access to corresponding links. Global shortcuts can also be set to open bookmarks in any browser interface.
- Time and date: Digital clock, analog clock, and date display.
- Perpetual calendar: Includes lunar calendar, holidays, and statutory holidays, making it convenient to view and plan personal schedules.
- Search bar: Customizable search engine for quick searches.
- Memo: Edit notes or to-dos and temporarily record information.
- Weather: View temperature, wind, humidity, and daily index. Weather abnormalities trigger alarm prompts, with data sourced from Windy.
- Information: View hot information from platforms like Toutiao, Baidu, Zhihu, Sina Weibo, and V2EX.
These components can be easily dragged and dropped anywhere on the screen, allowing for full customization. They are also compatible with various screen resolutions. Customize the styles of these components, including font, size, color, background color, border, shadow, blur, and more.
NaiveTab supports custom background images, including Bing daily pictures and local pictures. It also supports automatic switching of appearance (light mode, dark mode) according to the system's appearance, reducing eye strain at night.
Settings can be synchronized across multiple devices, and you can export files for backup. Language support is available in both en-CN and en-US.
